Lumious PPSCC is a doctor-led patient support service within the Lumious ecosystem in Indonesia.
We welcome opportunities to collaborate with Korean hospitals and clinics in supporting Indonesian patients—from consultation and preparation in Indonesia, through their medical journey in South Korea, to postoperative care after returning to Jakarta.

About Lumious PPSCC
Lumious PPSCC (Post Plastic Surgery Care Center) supports Indonesian patients who are considering plastic surgery in South Korea.
Our services bring together consultation and preparation in Indonesia, guidance and coordination during the patient's stay in Korea, and postoperative care at Lumious PIK in Jakarta.
dr. Febriani Sari, our Lead Medical Consultant, plays a central role in patient guidance and accompanies patients during their medical journey in Korea.
Surgical procedures are performed by specialist physicians at Korean hospitals. Lumious PPSCC does not perform these surgeries.

- Before travelling
Preparation in Indonesia
Consultation with dr. Febri Patients can begin with a consultation in Jakarta or online.
Our team helps patients understand the proposed care journey, discuss their concerns and medical history with the appropriate professionals, and prepare questions and information needed for consultations in Korea.
- During the stay in Korea
Support during care in Korea
Consultation support in Korea dr. Febri and the Lumious PPSCC team support patients during their stay in Korea, including assistance with medical consultations, communication with the treating hospital, and the early postoperative period according to the agreed scope of care.
The treating specialist and hospital team in Korea remain responsible for surgical assessment, procedures, and medical decisions.
- After returning to Indonesia
Postoperative care in Jakarta
Light therapy care at Lumious PIK Postoperative care may continue at Lumious PIK in Jakarta, based on the patient's condition and the clinic's available services.
When further evaluation is required, the team can coordinate with the treating physician in Korea or arrange an appropriate referral, as needed.

Patient Preparation and Communication
Supporting patients in Indonesia as they prepare for medical consultations and understand the stages of their proposed journey.
Coordination During Care in Korea
Helping facilitate communication and continuity between patients, the PPSCC team, and the treating medical institution, within an agreed scope.
Postoperative Continuity in Indonesia
Discussing appropriate follow-up arrangements after patients return to Jakarta, while respecting the clinical responsibilities and capabilities of each institution.
The scope, communication procedures, and responsibilities of any collaboration would be discussed and agreed upon with the participating institution.

The specialist physician and treating hospital in Korea are responsible for surgical decisions and treatment provided at their institution.

Lumious PPSCC
Lumious PPSCC contributes patient guidance, coordination, and postoperative services within its clinical scope in Indonesia.
Any exchange of individual patient information must follow appropriate authorization and applicable privacy requirements.
